We are EasyTech Solutions ApS ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), a company registered in Denmark at Primulavej 31 2 th, Odense, Fyn 5000. Our VAT number is DK45412318.

We operate the website https://easycheck.dk(the "Site"), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the "Legal Terms") (collectively, the "Services").

EasyCheck is a web-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables users to create, manage, and share digital checklists. Designed for internal organization and operational oversight, it also supports collaboration with external users. EasyCheck helps streamline task management, ensure process consistency, and support real-time data collection—particularly in contexts such as equipment rentals and event management.

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and EasyTech Solutions ApS, concerning your access to and use of the Services. You agree that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

All users who are minors in the jurisdiction in which they reside (generally under the age of 18) must have the permission of, and be directly supervised by, their parent or guardian to use the Services. If you are a minor, you must have your parent or guardian read and agree to these Legal Terms prior to you using the Services.

1. OUR SERVICES

The information provided when using the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country. Accordingly, those persons who choose to access the Services from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:

• all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete;
• you will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary;
• you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Legal Terms;
• you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside, or if a minor, you have received parental permission to use the Services;
• you will not access the Services through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script or otherwise;
• you will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; and
• your use of the Services will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Services (or any portion thereof).

4. USER REGISTRATION

You may be required to register with the Services. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

5. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. The Services may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

As a user of the Services, you agree not to:

• Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Services to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
• Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information such as user passwords.
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Services, including features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of any Content or enforce limitations on the use of the Services and/or the Content contained therein.
• Disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm, in our opinion, us and/or the Services.
• Use any information obtained from the Services in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
• Make improper use of our support services or submit false reports of abuse or misconduct.
• Use the Services in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.
• Engage in unauthorized framing of or linking to the Services.
• Upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or to transmit) viruses, Trojan horses, or other material, including excessive use of capital letters and spamming (continuous posting of repetitive text), that interferes with any party’s uninterrupted use and enjoyment of the Services or modifies, impairs, disrupts, alters, or interferes with the use, features, functions, operation, or maintenance of the Services.
• Engage in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to send comments or messages, or using any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
• Delete the copyright or other proprietary rights notice from any Content.
• Attempt to impersonate another user or person or use the username of another user.
• Upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or to transmit) any material that acts as a passive or active information collection or transmission mechanism, including without limitation, clear graphics interchange formats ("gifs"), 1×1 pixels, web bugs, cookies, or other similar devices (sometimes referred to as "spyware" or "passive collection mechanisms" or "pcms").
• Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Services or the networks or services connected to the Services.
• Harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten any of our employees or agents engaged in providing any portion of the Services to you.
• Attempt to bypass any measures of the Services designed to prevent or restrict access to the Services, or any portion of the Services.
• Copy or adapt the Services' software, including but not limited to Flash, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, or other code.
• Except as permitted by applicable law, decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of the Services.
• Except as may be the result of standard search engine or Internet browser usage, use, launch, develop, or distribute any automated system, including without limitation, any spider, robot, cheat utility, scraper, or offline reader that accesses the Services, or use or launch any unauthorized script or other software.
• Make any unauthorized use of the Services, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email, or creating user accounts by automated means or under false pretenses.
• Use the Services as part of any effort to compete with us or otherwise use the Services and/or the Content for any revenue-generating endeavor or commercial enterprise.

Any use of the Services in violation of the foregoing violates these Legal Terms and may result in, among other things, termination or suspension of your rights to use the Services.

6. USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS

The Services may allow you to create, upload, or share content with us or through the Services, including but not limited to text, templates, comments, suggestions, or other materials (collectively, "Contributions"). Some Contributions may be visible to other users of the Services or, where applicable, shared with trusted integration partners. As such, Contributions may be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary, unless expressly stated otherwise. When you create or make available any Contributions, you represent and warrant that:

• The creation, distribution, transmission, public display, or performance, and the accessing, downloading, or copying of your Contributions do not and will not infringe the proprietary rights, including but not limited to the copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or moral rights of any third party.
• You are the creator and owner of or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, releases, and permissions to use and to authorize us, the Services, and other users of the Services to use your Contributions in any manner contemplated by the Services and these Legal Terms.
• You have the written consent, release, and/or permission of each and every identifiable individual person in your Contributions to use the name or likeness of each and every such identifiable individual person to enable inclusion and use of your Contributions in any manner contemplated by the Services and these Legal Terms.
• Your Contributions are not false, inaccurate, or misleading.
• Your Contributions are not unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, pyramid schemes, chain letters, spam, mass mailings, or other forms of solicitation.
• Your Contributions are not obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, violent, harassing, libelous, slanderous, or otherwise objectionable (as determined by us).
• Your Contributions do not ridicule, mock, disparage, intimidate, or abuse anyone.
• Your Contributions are not used to harass or threaten (in the legal sense of those terms) any other person and to promote violence against a specific person or class of people.
• Your Contributions do not violate any applicable law, regulation, or rule.
• Your Contributions do not violate the privacy or publicity rights of any third party.
• Your Contributions do not violate any applicable law concerning child pornography, or otherwise intended to protect the health or well-being of minors.
• Your Contributions do not include any offensive comments that are connected to race, national origin, gender, sexual preference, or physical handicap.
• Your Contributions do not otherwise violate, or link to material that violates, any provision of these Legal Terms, or any applicable law or regulation.

Any use of the Services in violation of the foregoing violates these Legal Terms and may result in, among other things, termination or suspension of your rights to use the Services.

7. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE

By posting your Contributions to any part of the Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, distribute, and, where applicable, make available for sale or resale within the Services or in connection with the Services. You also represent and warrant that you have the rights necessary to grant this license and that your Contributions do not infringe the rights of any third party.

This license also allows us to make your Contributions available to other users of the Services and to trusted partners, integrations, or service providers where necessary to operate, improve, or promote the Services.

We do not assert any ownership over your Contributions. You retain full ownership of all of your Contributions and any intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights associated with them. We are not liable for any statements or representations in your Contributions. You are solely responsible for your Contributions, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from them.

We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to Contributions that we reasonably believe violate these Legal Terms, applicable law, or the rights of others. We may also re-categorize Contributions to ensure they are placed in the appropriate location within the Services. While we are not obligated to monitor Contributions, we may do so in order to protect the integrity and security of the Services.

8. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND CONTENT

Our Services may include links to or integrations with third-party websites, services, or content ("Third-Party Content"). This may include:

• Third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us;
• Trusted partners and service providers that we integrate with to deliver EasyCheck and related services (for example, crash reporting, analytics, or collaboration tools);
• Links or references that appear in user-generated content, such as checklists, which are not selected or controlled by us.

While we choose and work with Trusted partners, we do not control their terms, policies, or content. Your use of any Third-Party Content is subject to the applicable terms and privacy policies of the relevant third party.

We are not responsible for Third-Party Content included in user-generated materials, and the appearance of such links does not mean the third party is our partner. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.

9. SERVICES MANAGEMENT

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to: (1) monitor the Services for compliance with these Legal Terms; (2) take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates the law or these Legal Terms, including, where necessary, reporting such user to law enforcement authorities; (3) restrict, limit, or disable access to any Contributions that we reasonably believe violate these Legal Terms, applicable law, or the rights of others; (4) remove from the Services or otherwise disable any files or content that are excessive in size or that may disrupt the security, stability, or performance of the Services; and (5) otherwise manage the Services in a manner reasonably necessary to protect our rights, property, and users, and to ensure the proper functioning of the Services.

10. PRIVACY POLICY

We care about data privacy and security. Please review our Privacy Policy: https://easycheck.dk/privacy-policy. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Legal Terms. Please be advised the Services are hosted in Denmark and Germany. If you access the Services from any other region of the world with laws or other requirements governing personal data collection, use, or disclosure that differ from applicable laws in Denmark and Germany, then through your continued use of the Services, you are transferring your data to Denmark and Germany, and you expressly consent to have your data transferred to and processed in Denmark and Germany.

11. TERM AND TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, including by blocking certain IP addresses or removing related content, if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Legal Terms, violated applicable law, or engaged in conduct that may harm the Services, our rights, or other users. Where practicable, we will provide you with notice before suspension or termination.

If we terminate or suspend your account, you are prohibited from registering or creating a new account under your own name or under any other name, including on behalf of a third party, without our prior written permission.

In addition to account suspension or termination, we reserve the right to pursue any legal remedies available to us under applicable law.

The provisions of these Legal Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

12. MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS

We may update, modify, or remove parts of the Services from time to time, for example to improve functionality, reflect changes in technology, or comply with legal requirements. Where practicable, we will provide reasonable notice of material changes.

We strive to keep the Services available at all times and aim to make updates without causing interruptions, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, technical issues, or factors outside our control may result in temporary interruptions, delays, or errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by temporary unavailability of the Services. Nothing in these Legal Terms obligates us to continue offering any particular feature or to provide future updates, except as required by applicable law.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Legal Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Denmark. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is expressly excluded.

If your habitual residence is in the EU and you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law in your country of residence.

EasyTech Solutions ApS and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark. This means that you may bring a claim to enforce your consumer protection rights in Denmark or in the EU country where you reside. For business users, any disputes arising from these Legal Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.

14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Nothing in this section limits either Party’s right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in urgent situations, such as to protect intellectual property rights or prevent unauthorized access to the Services.

15. CORRECTIONS

We strive to ensure that our Services are accurate and up-to-date. However, errors may occur. If you believe you have identified an error, please contact us so we can investigate and correct it.

The Services may nonetheless contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, such as in feature descriptions or other information. We reserve the right to correct these and to update information on the Services at any time. Where corrections are significant, we will make reasonable efforts to inform users.

16. DISCLAIMER

The Services are provided free of charge and on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or always available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied. Nothing in this section limits our obligations under applicable data protection laws or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyTech Solutions ApS disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant or guarantee:

1. the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information on the Services;
2. that the Services will always be free from errors, bugs, or interruptions; or
3. that any content available through the Services is free of viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing in this section limits or excludes any warranties or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law, especially if you are a consumer in the EU.

17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyTech Solutions ApS and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.

Nothing in these Legal Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any mandatory rights you have under applicable law (such as data protection laws and consumer protection laws in the EU).

18. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to be responsible for any claims, damages, or losses arising from your unlawful use of the Services or from Contributions that infringe the rights of others. If such a claim is made against EasyTech Solutions ApS due to your actions, you agree to reimburse us for reasonable costs and damages that directly result from your conduct. We will notify you of any such claim made against us due to your actions. You are responsible for addressing and resolving the claim, including covering any reasonable costs or damages that result from your conduct. If a claim appears to be unfounded, unlawful, or unreasonable, we may, at our discretion, provide reasonable support to you in defending against it. Such support may include providing relevant information, documentation, or expertise, but does not include financial contributions.

This does not limit your mandatory rights under applicable law.

19. USER DATA

We will maintain certain data that you transmit to the Services for the purpose of operating and improving the Services. While we perform regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining copies of any data you wish to preserve. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for accidental loss or corruption of non-personal data.

This does not limit our responsibilities under applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR, with respect to personal data. In the event of a personal data breach, we will comply with our legal obligations to investigate, notify, and remedy the issue.

20. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS, TRANSACTIONS, AND SIGNATURES

Using our Services, including sending us emails or completing online forms, may involve electronic communications. You agree to receive communications from us electronically, and you accept that agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirements for written communication.

You agree that any notices, agreements, disclosures, or other communications we send to you electronically will be deemed to have been received 24 hours after we send them to the email address you provided or when we post them on the Services, whichever comes first.

You agree that electronic signatures, contracts, orders, and records of transactions created through the Services are valid and binding to the extent permitted by applicable law. This does not affect your mandatory rights under applicable consumer or data protection laws.

21. MISCELLANEOUS

These Legal Terms, together with any policies posted on the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and EasyTech Solutions ApS regarding your use of the Services. Our failure to enforce any provision will not be considered a waiver of our rights. If any part of these Legal Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

These Legal Terms govern the relationship between you and EasyTech Solutions ApS. They are binding on and for the benefit of both parties. Our rights and obligations under these Legal Terms may be transferred to our successors and assigns (for example, in a merger or acquisition). You may not assign your rights or obligations without our prior written consent.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These Legal Terms do not create any partnership, employment, or agency relationship between you and us. The fact that these terms are provided electronically does not affect their validity.

Nothing in these Legal Terms creates rights for any third party, except as expressly stated in these Legal Terms (for example, partners or service providers who support the operation of EasyCheck).

22. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR USER-PROVIDED DATA

The Services involve limited use of personal data for account profiles, organization membership, and sharing features. Beyond this, the Services are not designed or intended to store or process sensitive personal data (such as national identification numbers, health information, or financial data).

You agree not to use free text fields, file uploads, or other user-generated areas of the Services to share personal data that is not necessary for the intended functionality of EasyCheck. You remain solely responsible for any data you choose to provide in this way.

If we become aware of personal data improperly stored in these areas, we may remove it to protect the integrity of the Services and the privacy of affected users.

EasyTech Solutions ApS disclaims responsibility for personal data uploaded in violation of this section, except where applicable law (including GDPR) requires us to take specific measures, such as breach notification or security safeguards.
