Yes. We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect and use your information to improve our Services, for analytics, and for marketing purposes.
For more information, please see our Cookie Policy.
6. HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS?
If you choose to register or log in using a social media account, we receive certain profile information from the social media provider, such as your name, email address, and profile picture, depending on your settings with the provider. We use this information only to facilitate account access and improve your user experience.
7. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with our Services and comply with our legal obligations. Typically, we keep your data for up to one month after you terminate your account, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
8. LEGAL OBLIGATIONS AND RETENTION
In addition to the retention periods described above, we may be legally required under Danish or EU law to retain certain information for a longer period. Examples include requirements under tax, accounting, or other statutory recordkeeping rules. Where such obligations apply, we will only retain the minimum amount of personal data necessary to meet those legal requirements.
We may also be required by law to disclose personal data to public authorities or courts, for example in connection with criminal investigations or legal proceedings. Any such disclosure will be limited to what is strictly necessary, and always in accordance with Danish and EU data protection law.
9. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, as required under Article 32 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). These include, where appropriate, encryption, access controls, audit logging, secure backups, and regular reviews of our security practices. Our measures are designed to provide a level of security appropriate to the risk.
Despite our efforts, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We therefore encourage you to use our Services within secure environments and to take reasonable precautions on your own devices and networks to protect your data. While we cannot guarantee absolute security, we continuously monitor and improve our safeguards to reduce risks and respond promptly to any incidents.
10. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?
We do not knowingly collect or process personal information from individuals under the age of 16. In accordance with Article 8 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the processing of a child’s personal data in relation to online services is lawful only where the child is at least 16 years old, or—where permitted by the laws of the Member State in which the child resides—such lower age as that Member State may provide (not below 13 years).
If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child below the applicable age of consent without verified parental authorization, we will promptly delete such data and take steps to prevent further processing.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
